Throughout his career, Matthew has gained comprehensive experience across all facets of insurance property damage restoration and building construction. In addition to leading large-loss restoration projects, he has managed commercial construction initiatives, including the development of schools, healthcare facilities, and community housing for First Nations communities.
Matthew is known for his strong problem-solving abilities, which are critical in navigating complex restoration and construction challenges. He holds IICRC certification as a Restoration Specialist, including the Triple Master Restorer designation. He is also highly proficient in industry-standard software such as Xactimate, Encircle, and CoreLogic, which are widely used for estimating and project management in restoration services.
