He brings over 25 years of industry experience, including the management of large and complex losses, wildfire catastrophe mitigation, and estimation services. He is recognized for his ability to expedite projects with precision, ensuring timely and accurate file completion.
Throughout his career, Matthew has gained comprehensive experience across all facets of insurance property damage restoration and building construction. In addition to leading large-loss restoration projects, he has managed commercial construction initiatives, including the development of schools, healthcare facilities, and community housing for First Nations communities.
Matthew is known for his strong problem-solving abilities, which are critical in navigating complex restoration and construction challenges. He places a high value on building and maintaining relationships with clients at all levels, recognizing that trust and communication are essential to successful project delivery.
He holds IICRC certification as a Restoration Specialist, including the Triple Master Restorer designation. He is also highly proficient in industry-standard software such as Xactimate, Encircle, and CoreLogic, which are widely used for estimating and project management in restoration services.
